Thomasville High School began playing football
in 1910
The first mascot was the Red Cyclone
In 1923 J.K. Harper received permission from
the University of Georgia
to use the Bulldog as the mascot and also
changed the school colors to Red & Black
In 1970 following Douglas High consolidation
with Thomasville High
The mascot remained the same but the school
colors were changed.
Red was kept from the THS colors and Gold
was kept from the DHS colors.
The combined win loss record for Thomasville
High School from 1910 till the present is:
