As you can see, the nicest neighborhood or the nicest place we have available at this time is the most expensive at $450.   The more expensive the house or apartment is for lease,  the better the place and the nicer the neighborhood.  What is a nice neighborhood to one may not be a nice neighborhood to another.  All neighborhoods are good to us.

Again, all rentals are listed, NO MATTER THE LOCATION.  It is up to you to ride by the locations and to see whether you would live in particular neighborhoods.  To re-emphasize again, All neighborhoods are good to us.  We try to explain that a $300 a month place is not going to be as nice of a neighborhood and as nice of a house or apartment as a $450 a month house.  And a $450 a month house or apartment is not going to be as nice of a neighborhood or as nice of a house as a $600 a month house.  This is totally your judgment.  We cannot steer anyone to any particular area, as we do not know what kind of house or neighborhood you would live in.

Our procedures are as follows:
1)      Complete a home application first for Security reasons and other purposes.
2)      Sign a release form to receive a key or keys for the rentals you may be interested.
3)      We give you a key to go look at the rental's) of your choice with proper photo ID. 
4)      Bring us the total amount of money to move in.
5)     Then we do the processing of the application to qualify you for the home or apartment of your choice.  This process normally takes 24 to 48 hours.
