outh Georgia Neurological Institute is a medical facility offering neurosurgery, neurological consultation, and diagnostic testing. We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the nervous system and have as our primary goal the improvement of the quality of life for each patient and a safe return to work or activities of daily living. Because of the unique capabilities of our practice, we are able to combine the medical expertise of our physicians, nurses, and therapists to offer a comprehensive approach to the patient's problems. Patients can receive diagnosis, surgery and treatment through our resource. We believe that this comprehensive approach to assessment and treatment provides optimum clinical results.

Founded in 1979 and based in Thomasville, Georgia, our practice serves the entire region of south Georgia and north Florida with community clinics located in Bainbridge, Camilla and Moultrie. Our primary hospital affiliation is with John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville. We also have privileges at Colquitt regional Medical Center in Moultrie and are neurological consultants for other hospitals in the area.

e strive to offer optimal diagnostic evaluation, quality neurosurgery and comprehensive non-surgical therapy to patients suffering from injury, diseases and disorders of the peripheral nervous system, brain and spine. We are committed to state of the art treatment that is appropriate to the patients' needs and to seek true improvement in the patients' quality of life. We pledge to work as a dedicated group to seek the best treatment alternatives for each patient and work in partnership with the patient and family.

We accept commerical insurance, workers compensation, Georgia and Florida Medicaid, and Medicare assignment.

We are a participating provider for a number of managed care and other insurance programs.

As a courtesy, we file third party insurance for our patients and payment schedules may be arranged through our financial counselor if necessary.
